Week 10 brought us clairty in the conference races for the most part and we saw a good bit of teams mathematically eliminated from there conference/divisional races. As a reminder, Conteders are within 1 game in their respective races, The Rest are teams not yet ruled out by math, and Eliminated are those that have no chance in their races. We're inching toward someone clinching a title, but we're not there quite yet.
AAC
Narrative: A pair of extremely important games in the AAC this week with Navy-Tulsa facing off for a leg up in the West and USF-Memphis hoping a inter-divisional game that will be huge for one of them. A USF win puts them in a tie with Temple, a win for Memphis puts them a game and a half back in the West. If Houston can beat a bad Tulane team they will be in tie with the loser of Navy-Tulsa a game behind the winner of that game.

ACC
Narrative: In the Atlantic Clemson and Louisville both have stern if not spectacularily hard games with Pittsburgh and Wake. Meanwhile, Both North Carolina and Duke have teams who can only pay spoilers and don't have divisional or conference aspirations.

Big XII
Narrative: It's bye week in the Big XII and with only four games on the slate there is still some intrigue. Oklahoma gets a Baylor team coming off back to back losses including a beat down from TCU this past week. Oklahoma State for it's part gets a Texas Tech team that at worst will put up points.

Big Ten
Narrative: The East is a three team race with Michigan/Ohio State/Penn State clearing space between themselves and rest of the division. The West for it's part still has everybody with a chance, except Purdue and more likely than not Illinois who has Wisconsin this week. I'd like to snidely note that either Michigan State or Rutgers will get their first conference win this week. In the East, Penn State goes to Bloomington to play #ChaosTeam, Ohio State heads to Maryland in what should be a nice easy win, and Michigan heads to Iowa City in what shouldn't be too tough of a matchup. On the other side of the conference Minnesota-Nebraska is the biggest B1G game of the week and man is that weird to say. Thoughts with Tommy Armstrong by the way who had a scary moment last night. Northwestern gets Purdue and we ain't talking about that. Should be sepeartion week in the B1G and that's a good thing.

CUSA
Narrative: The headliner here is the battle for the top of the West division between UTSA and Louisiana Tech. If Tech wins they take control of the division if they lose well we have a horse race the rest of the year. Both the contenders in the East have relatively easy games.

MAC
Narrative: None of the contenders are playing overly big games this week. Toledo has the toughest test with Northern Illinois but they aren't what they've been in recent seasons. Western Michigan is the best team in the conference and they get to play Kent State who is technically still in cotention neither they nor Buffallo (Miami (OH) opponent) should be much impedement.

Mountain West
Narrative: San Jose State has clinched the West as it has a win over UNLV but mathamatically UNLV isn't eliminated yet. Let's focus on the race in the Mountain division. The combined record of the opponents of Wyoming/Boise State/New Meixco is 10-18 and Boise gets the couple thousand mile road trip to Hawaii and the toughest test.

Pac-12
Narrative: We're shaping up for one hell of an Apple Cup, but we're not quite there yet. Both UW and WSU have solid tests this week. In the South Colorado has the worst team in teh conference, and Utah has a unspectacular Arizona State team. There isn't too much intrigue this week but it's coming.

SEC
Narrative: It's Alabama and everybody else when it comes to the SEC and the nation, but they will have to get through Auburn in the Iron Bowl in a couple weeks. Kentucky is a full game up on Tennessee and a half game back of Florida, but a loss in Knoxville this week makes any shot at the divisional crown much much harder. Auburn has the toughest test this week on the road at Georgia, a game that always seems to go wrong for the favorite.

Sun Belt
Narrative: Appalachian State-Troy is a big one to sort out the top of the Sun Belt. And with the top seperated pretty well rght now the three way round robin over the next couple of weeks will certainly be one of the better races to watch. Oh and Arkansas State gets New Mexico State.
Contenders: Appalachian State (5-0), Troy (4-0), Arkansas State (3-0)
Eliminated: Georgia State (1-4), South Alabama (1-5), Texas State (0-4)
The Rest: Idaho (3-2), Georgia Southern (3-2), Louisiana (2-3), ULM (2-3), New Mexico State (1-3)

So there we are some things to keep in mind as you watch this week's games and need to know who to cheer for in games without your team.
