Not too much movement in either groups rankings so I combined them.

Tier 1: Elite

Tier 2: Good QBs Not Much Seperation

Romo can give you weeks of elite upside but he’s getting older and injured more and he has frustratingly bad weeks without warning. Locker hasn’t been that bad the last couple of years and certainly is a good enough but uninspired pick. Hoyer moves down just a touch because he’s unproven and coming off a knee injury and I didn’t properly rate that.

Tier 4: Only if You Have to
