In our first week we saw an ROI
of 36.29% which was very good. This week we made five bets all on points spreads.
Those bets were:
Stanford at UCF -18
UMass at Charlotte -20
Oklahoma -23 at UCLA
UNC at Wake Forest -3
Texas Tech -2 at Arizona
We went 4-1 this week and came
out ahead with an ROI of 52.73% ($263.64). These wins bring our bankroll to $10481.37
and our season total ROI to 43.76%.
UCF did just what we thought they’d
do and give Stanford fits on offense and hold hold them just little enough to
build an insurmountable lead.
UMASS is legit one of the worst
teams in the country and Charlotte did not disappoint is easily dispatching
with the Minutemen 52-17.
UCLA actually put up more of a
fight than I thought they would but that isn’t overly high praise in so far as I
thought they would get crushed by 40-50 points.
Wake got out to a big lead Friday
and then tried to do anything but win the game, but they pulled it out and got
a great conference non-conference win against Mack Brown and UNC.
The last one was a bit of a lost
cause from the start, a litany of errors, penalties, and lost opportunities
meant that Khalil Tate and the Wildcats never lost control fo the game flow and
pulled out a rather impressive win for a season that starter out auspiciously
in Hawaii.
I’ll be back midweek with a new
set of picks and hope to continue our good run to start the season.
